**Job Purpose**:
To assist the laboratory team in carrying out routine concrete testing, sample collection, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the lab area to ensure smooth RMC quality operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collecting raw material samples (cement, sand, aggregate, water, admixture, etc.) from the plant or site.
- Help in preparing and casting concrete cube samples for testing.
- Carry cubes to curing tanks and maintain proper labeling and record.
- Assist in cube testing (compression test) under supervision.
- Support the lab technician in daily testing of materials and concrete mix.
- Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and curing tanks.
- Dispose of waste material safely and maintain lab hygiene.
- Help in keeping testing reports, registers, and stock records up to date.
- Follow safety norms and PPE requirements at all times.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Lab In-Charge or Quality Head.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of concrete and construction materials preferred.
- Physically fit to handle samples and equipment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts and outdoor conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
