**Job description**:Executive**- **Prototype/ Research Lab**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Overall operations and maintenance of laboratory and instruments.
- Maintain the users log, sample details and instrument usage, documentation of charges for all the equipment.
- Ordering and organising all the laboratory supplies, consumables, chemicals, and compressed gases according to safety regulations
- Procurement of laboratory equipment and documentation for procurement process.
- Organize installations, demonstrations, maintenance and breakdown visits for all equipment.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are always followed strictly and maintain a clean and orderly environment.

**Qualifications, experience, and expertise**:

- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working in a lab setup in an incubator/ educational institutes/ research centers.
- Should have working knowledge of handling lab equipment’s.
- Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment policy, preventive measures, and good laboratory practices
- Postgraduate degree in life sciences, biology, microbiology, biotechnology, environmental science and microbiology graduates/ post graduates or relevant field.
- Ability to perform under timelines in an accurate manner, to work in a team, multi-tasking.
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Location**: IIT Bombay, Powai, Mumbai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
