**Key Deliverables**:
1. Coordinate with Sales team and partnering centres for sample pickup

2. Coordinate with Lab Operations team to ensure TAT, sample quality, etc

3. Coordinate with sales team to prioritise sample pickups including providing phlebotomy services if needed & as per service availability if any.

4. Identify vendors for logistics as well as evaluate existing vendors as required.

5. Review Logistics Service Provider’s service level in terms of sample pick-up and delivery time (route wise) and help in maintaining TAT.

6. Drive industry best-in-class metrics for operational excellence, optimizing cost, TAT, and customer delight.

Close coordination with other functions of Lab, in terms of any logistics support, if required, and to deal with HOD, for further guidance and support in execution.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
