**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls professionally from customers with inquiries
- Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving them within the required time frame
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues
- Locate products, check stock availability, arrange collection/ delivery and process exchanges
- Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
**Skills Required**:
- Experience in Tele calling / Customer support
- Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Graduation Mandatory
- Ecommerce background will be preferable (or) Business development background
- Solve customers’ query over the phone
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perumbakkam, Chennai - 600 100, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
