**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned students.
- Explain Forum IAS's courses, programs, and offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions in CRM.
- Resolve queries related to course content, batches, fees, and admissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services to enrolled students.
- Ensuring effective utilization of the course in which the student is enrolled.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling, counseling, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Polite, confident, and result-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of civil services preparation is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
