We are seeking a Student Enrolment Specialist to play a key role in the growth of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming and outgoing calls regarding student inquiries.Provide guidance to students on available courses, program benefits, and career opportunities.Foster relationships with prospective students through regular communication via phone, email, or WhatsApp.Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data using CRM software or Excel spreadsheets.Collaborate with academic staff to schedule meetings, interviews, or demo classes for prospective students.Meet monthly targets for student enrolments.Ensure that all prospective students receive accurate information and a positive experience.Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Ability to build rapport with students and parents.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).Confidence in telecalling and counselling.Goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude.If you possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to counsel and support students, please apply for this position.
