Job Title: Admission Support Officer - Sales (Work from Office | Janakpuri, Delhi)

**Location**: Janakpuri Call Centre, Delhi
**Salary**: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months in Sales, Telesales, or Counselling
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents regarding admission queries.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and understanding of student needs.
- Follow up with leads from marketing and admin support teams.
- Maintain call logs and ensure targets are met consistently.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Telesales, Counselling, or Education sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Qualification
- Graduate or above (any stream).
