As a designer we expect you to ideate and deliver best-in-class creatives that intrinsically align with the Rodeo and business objectives. Your primary work involves creating design solutions for impactful proposals, illustrations, layouts and enhanced user experiences, across multiple streams. You must have an astute understanding of design principles and highly refined sense of aesthetics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design branding materials, such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals.
- Stay up to date with latest design trends, socialize the same to peers
- Prioritise deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
- Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade.
- Self-starter with the ability to understand and translate verbal ideas into impactful, cohesive outputs
- Continuous learning: You’ll develop the mindset and skills to navigate whatever comes next
- Should have a strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all design work.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio showcasing communication design expertise.
- Flawless typography skills and keen sense of balance and intuition when it comes to layout
- Ability to interact effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion to tell stories through the power of visuals
- Preferable knowledge of Adobe After effects, Premier Pro and motion graphics skills
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a flexible can-do attitude.
- Effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to convey product benefits visually.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience with UI/UX design.

2.Technology
- Preferable knowledge of Adobe After effects, Premier Pro and motion graphics skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media), Coreldraw, Page Maker, Illustrator
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all designs while adapting to individual product needs.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
