Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual identities, brand guidelines, and creative assets that strengthen brand storytelling.
  • Work closely with strategists and content creators to bring ideas to life across digital and print media.
  • Create visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website visuals, advertisements, brochures, infographics, and presentations.
  • Translate brand strategy into strong, cohesive design systems.
  • Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality designs that meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Create social media content that balances trend awareness with originality.
  • Explore AI-assisted design tools (no prior expertise required) to improve creative efficiency.
  • Ensure design consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Contribute ideas, challenge norms, and push the creative boundary for every project.

Suitable
Experience:
1.5–3 years

Salary Range:
Starts at Rs.27,000 (Take Home) However this may go up to Rs.32,000 during the probation depending on your expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of
    branding, visual language, and storytelling through design.
  • Awareness of
    current design trends
    and ability to adapt them with originality.
  • A portfolio that reflects conceptual thinking, aesthetic clarity, and attention to detail (If you do not have portfolio, it's understandable however kindly compile your works and share as drive link)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Willingness to experiment, learn, and develop designs from scratch rather than relying on templates.
  • Ability to balance creative freedom with brand consistency and strategic intent.
