**Responsibilities**:
Design designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts

Contribute to conceptualizing, designing, and developing marketing materials, campaigns, and other eminence-building assets and collateral for digital and motion

Think creatively, aesthetically, and independently and have good knowledge of diverse media as well as current design trends

Encourage brand compliance in formatting of marketing collaterals and assets for print and digital space

Conceptualize visual designs and brand assets that truly stand out from the noise

Develop illustrations, logo extensions, and other designs using software or by hand

Collaborate with the team to discuss feedback and improve your work to deliver the best results

Ensure that the final graphics and layouts are in line with the company brand guidelines

**Must Haves**:
Bachelor of Design, with 1-3 years’ experience

You are excited about the start-up ecosystem and love to design to inspire.

You have 2-4 years of experience as a communication designer or illustrator, preferably for B2C/enterprise start-ups.

You have expertise in using industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

Someone who can design, of course But more importantly, someone who can understand a message, think, ideate and visualize

Someone who can turn a piece of text into a visual

Someone who can create stunning designs

Someone who is obsessed with alignments and catches a case of misalignment from a mile
Someone who understands the importance of information hierarchy and eye flow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
