**Job Title**: HVAC Designer
**Location**: Bangalore
**Experience**: 3 + years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Design**: Design HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation components, based on project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
- **Load Calculations**: Perform heat load calculations and energy analysis to determine the heating and cooling requirements for buildings.
- **Equipment Selection**: Select appropriate HVAC equipment such as boilers, chillers, air handling units, pumps, and fans based on project specifications, performance criteria, and energy efficiency considerations.
- **Ductwork and Piping Design**: Design ductwork and piping layouts to distribute air and water throughout the building efficiently, ensuring proper airflow and pressure drop calculations.
- **Code Compliance**: Ensure that HVAC designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards, including ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) guidelines.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, contractors, and clients to coordinate HVAC design efforts and address any design conflicts or technical challenges.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and technical documentation for construction and bidding purposes.
- **BOQs**: Prepare the detailed base BOQs based on inputs from the drawings and the project requirements criteria.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
