As an experienced HVAC Engineer with 5 to 7 years of industry expertise, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, analysis, installation, and optimization of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial, industrial, or residential projects. This role demands a strong foundation in mechanical systems, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance, as well as proficiency in HVAC design software and project coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design & Engineering**:

- Develop HVAC system designs using software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HAP/TRACE 3D Plus.
- Perform load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection based on ASHRAE standards.
- Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes, energy efficiency regulations, and client specifications.
**Project Execution**:

- Lead or assist in the execution of HVAC projects from concept to commissioning.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and plumbing teams (MEP) to integrate HVAC systems.
- Prepare technical documentation including specifications, BOQs, and submittals.

**Site Supervision & QA/QC**:

- Monitor HVAC installation activities on-site and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical resolutions in coordination with contractors and vendors.

**Energy Efficiency & Sustainability**:

- Conduct energy modeling and analysis to enhance system performance.
- Propose energy-saving measures and sustainable HVAC solutions aligned with LEED or green building principles.

**Client & Team Interaction**:

- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to drafting and site teams.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of HVAC system design and installation practices
- Strong understanding of ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local mechanical codes
- Hands-on experience with design tools: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, TRACE, etc.
- Ability to perform load calculations and energy simulations
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹8,416.43 - ₹43,912.76 per month
