Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. HVAC System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing filters, belts, and other components.

2. Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and controls problems.

3. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and controls.

4. Energy Efficiency Optimization: Optimize HVAC system performance to minimize energy consumption and reduce carbon footprint.

5. Data Center Environmental Control: Monitor and control data center environmental parameters, including temperature, humidity, and air quality.

6. Collaboration with Data Center Teams: Collaborate with data center teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with data center operations.

7. Compliance with Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and emergency response.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualification: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; certifications in HVAC preferred.

2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation, including experience in data centers or similar critical environments.

3. Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and operation.

4. Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, including ability to diagnose and repair complex HVAC system issues.

5. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
