**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including VRV, VRF, DX, Package AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Split AC, CSU, FCU, and AHU. - Conduct routine maintenance checks, adjustments, cleaning, and repairs to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control components.
- Perform brazing, nitrogen testing, compressor replacement, PCB replacements, and fault troubleshooting.
- Handle refrigerant systems such as R410, R32, R134, R407, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors for project planning, system upgrades, or new installations.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and recommending solutions.

**Requirements**:

- ITI, NCTVT, Diploma, or equivalent qualification; HVAC certification/apprenticeship preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
- Valid HVAC license/certification (as per local regulations).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with electrical and refrigeration principles.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for installation and repair.
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and quality.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
