**ob Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare **HVAC system layouts, ducting drawings, piping drawings**, and schematics based on engineering inputs.
- Draft detailed **plans, sections, and elevations** for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC projects.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to coordinate HVAC layouts.
- Ensure compliance with **ASHRAE standards, ISHRAE codes, and local regulations**.
- Update and revise drawings as required during project execution.
- Maintain an organized drawing library and project documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and contractors to resolve design issues.
- Generate **Bill of Quantities (BOQ)** from drawings when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (Solid works knowledge is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of **HVAC design principles, duct sizing, and load calculations**.
- Minimum [X] years of drafting experience in HVAC/MEP projects.
- Good understanding of **construction drawings, specifications, and HVAC equipment**.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹43,017.85 per month
