**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a wide range of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system drawings, including:

- Shop drawings and as-built drawings for all disciplines (mechanical, piping, plumbing).
- Presentation drawings for tendering and project coordination.
- Detailed shop drawings for pumps (booster, transfer, submersible), piping layouts (soil, waste, water supply), kitchen and bathroom installations, fire protection systems (electric, jockey pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants), and HVAC equipment (FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, chillers, cooling towers).
- Rerouting and resizing plans for ductwork and chilled water piping systems, ensuring adherence to design standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with design engineers and project managers to ensure drawings accurately reflect project requirements.
- Gather information from construction sites and incorporate it into as-built drawings for project accuracy.
- Provide technical support to project leaders and engineers on assigned projects.
- Participate in creating and maintaining effective communication and coordination protocols with design staff.
- Effectively prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on approved shop drawings and submittals.
- Prepare and verify equipment schedules based on approved submittals.
- Collaborate with other draftsmen on shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Work closely with project engineers and MEP site engineers to address site issues and update as-built drawings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
