Stemming from a desire for intelligent, sustainable, and superior living experiences, ELFA is addressing the rising urbanization demand of India’s infrastructure and housing needs by building structures up to 6 floors at supersonic speed (within 90 days). These structures are 2X stronger with almost zero waste and mínimal disturbances to the surroundings and nature. They are also designed to ensure minimum energy consumption with net-zero smart buildings, adopting collaborative design, manufacturing, and assembly processes under one roof. This is the only technology that can be fully built in factories, integrating material innovation, software, and hardware to deliver a smarter and more personalized living experience.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create precise layouts for precast panels, including walls, slabs, beams, columns, foundations, and other structural elements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
- Generate detailed structural drawings for cast-in-place (CIP) elements, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate architectural and structural components seamlessly.
- Incorporate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) details into both Precast and CIP drawings following established guidelines.
- Collaborate with MEP specialists to ensure effective integration and coordination.
- Provide timely and accurate progress reports to the Head of Design.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges to ensure a smooth design process.
- Proactively identify and report potential issues in the drafting process.
- Collaborate with reporting managers and senior management to develop action plans to address identified issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman, with a focus on structural drafting for buildings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with advanced 2D and 3D drawing capabilities.
- Ability to generate BBS Drawings is a must.
- Familiarity with integrating MEP details into structural drawings.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to the development of effective solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a design team.

**Duration**:

- Full-time Employment opportunity with a probation period of 3 months.
