**Social Media Handling**:

- Develop and implement a monthly content calendar.
- Manage posting scheduling, and engagement across platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Run paid promotions and boost posts when required.
- Engage with the audience through comments, stories, and DMs to build community.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data insights.
- Collaborate with influencers or content creators for FMCG product promotions.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, ( knowledge of video editing is a plus)
- Good photography sense and basic editing for product photos.
- Strong understanding of branding consumer behaviour, and design for retail/FMCG.
- Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram Business Manager & scheduling tools.
- Ability to work on multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills,

**Educational Qualifiaction**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years experiences in a similar field.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience working with FMCG brands or /personal care products
- Exposure to packing design, POS display design, or the shopper market.
- Knowledge of marketplace listing creatives (Amazon/ Flipkart etc. )
