**Job Summary**:
A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, branding assets, and multimedia content. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software to develop compelling visuals that align with the company’s branding and communication goals. Collaborating with marketing and content teams, the designer ensures consistency across all platforms while balancing creativity with strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Creation**: Develop creative designs for logos, brochures, flyers, social media, websites, banners, packaging, and other branding materials.
**Visual Branding**: Maintain consistency in design across all marketing and branding materials.
**Digital Media Design**: Create social media posts, advertisements, and digital banners.
**Print Media Design**: Prepare high-quality designs for print materials such as business cards, posters, and product packaging.
**UI/UX Elements**: Design website and mobile app layouts, icons, and user interfaces.
**Video & Motion Graphics (if required)**: Create animations and video edits using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to bring creative concepts to life.
**Revisions & Feedback**: Modify and improve designs based on client and team feedback.
**File Management**: Ensure proper organization and storage of design files for easy access and future use.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
1. **Software Proficiency**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Canva (optional), After Effects (for motion graphics).
2. **Creativity & Innovation**: Strong ability to think creatively and present new ideas.
3. **Typography & Color Theory**: Understanding of fonts, layouts, and color schemes.
4. **Attention to Detail**: Ability to create precise and professional designs.
5. **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. **Communication Skills**: Ability to understand client requirements and collaborate with teams effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
**2. Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in graphic design (Internships count).
**3. Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is highly recommended.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
