We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** with up to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. As a key member of the design team, you will assist in creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, working on branding projects, marketing materials, and social media content. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts that align with brand identity.
- Edit and finalize designs for both print and digital formats.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.
- Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring all creative output adheres to the brand standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Up to 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and improve designs accordingly.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with video editing or animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Experience in designing for social media platforms and websites.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
