**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, business cards, and event graphics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and developers to align design work with brand and business goals.
- Work within brand guidelines to create visuals that reinforce a company’s brand and message.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative concept development.
- Edit and retouch images as needed.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum **3 years of proven graphic design experience** in an agency or in-house setting.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
- Excellent sense of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**:

- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Animation and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience designing for e-commerce or mobile apps.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
