**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Employee and Visitor Safety**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for safety concerns, creating an approachable and trustworthy presence.
- Maintain visible security across high-traffic areas, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- **Fire Safety and Emergency Preparedness**:

- Conduct regular fire drills and ensure fire exit routes are clear, accessible, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain fire safety equipment, including FM208 extinguishers in the server room.
- **Incident and Risk Management**:

- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, protecting individuals and assets while demonstrating empathy and authority.
- Monitor and operate advanced CCTV systems to detect and report suspicious activities.
- **Material and Parking Management**:

- Supervise and regulate material movement in and out of the premises.
- Oversee parking operations, ensuring smooth access control and efficient vehicle management.
- **Security and Safety Reporting**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on security and safety activities.
- Document and report incidents, breaches, or irregularities to the management.
- **Team Leadership and Training**:

- Train and mentor security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and professional conduct.
- Foster teamwork within the security department for efficient operations.
- **Technology and Administrative Duties**:

- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Access internal security systems (after the 3-month probation) to manage security data effectively.
- **Employee Interaction**:

- Communicate fluently in English with employees and clients, providing guidance on safety policies and ensuring professionalism.
- **Site Surveys**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to assess and improve the security infrastructure.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate security role, preferably in IT or financial services.
- Prior experience with handling fire safety systems, CCTV operations, and emergency response is essential.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Additional certifications in safety, security, or hospitality are advantageous.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CCTV operations, incident reporting software, and other security systems.
- Basic typing speed (30-40 WPM) and familiarity with technology.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is a plus but not mandatory.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Good physical and mental fitness for security duties, including standing and patrolling for extended periods.

**Background Verification**:

- Minimum CIBIL score of 750.
- No criminal record (current or past).
