Key Responsibilities:
Management & Supervision:
Oversee daily operations of the ladies' hostel, including resident check-ins/outs, room assignments, and maintenance issues.

Supervise hostel staff and ensure compliance with hostel policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of resident attendance, disciplinary actions, and incident reports.

Resident Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

Organize and facilitate activities, workshops, and events to foster a positive community atmosphere.

Provide guidance and support to residents on personal and academic issues, liaising with relevant support services as needed.

Safety & Security:
Ensure the safety and security of the hostel premises, including implementing and enforcing security protocols.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any potential hazards.

Manage emergency situations effectively and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.

Administrative Duties:
Prepare and manage the hostel budget, including monitoring expenditures and managing resources efficiently.

Develop and implement hostel policies and procedures in alignment with organizational standards.

Maintain clear and effective communication with hostel management and other departments.

Conflict Resolution:
Mediate and resolve conflicts between residents, employing effective negotiation and problem-solving techniques.

Implement disciplinary actions as necessary, ensuring fairness and adherence to hostel rules.

Community Building:
Promote a respectful and inclusive environment by encouraging positive interactions among residents.

Foster a sense of community through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Management, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

3 to 4 years of experience working as a warden or in a similar role within the educational setting.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and using relevant software.

Ability to handle stressful situations and make informed decisions under pressure.

Knowledge of safety and security protocols.

Skills and Attributes:
Empathetic and approachable with a genuine interest in supporting and mentoring residents.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
