**Job Title**: Security Training Officer

**Reports To**: Head of Security / Security Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Security Training Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs for the security team. This position ensures that all security personnel are thoroughly trained and compliant with internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. The Security Training Officer identifies training needs, develops customized courses, and conducts regular training sessions, including emergency response drills, security protocols, and customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**:

- Design and develop training materials, manuals, and resources that align with organizational security protocols.
- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to integrate into training programs.
- Customize training content to fit specific department or facility requirements.
- **Conducting Training Sessions**:

- Lead regular training sessions on security policies, emergency response, situational awareness, and customer service.
- Conduct specialized training for high-risk areas, including conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and personal safety.
- Schedule and organize re-certification and refresher training sessions as needed.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure that all security personnel are trained and certified as per industry and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training sessions, attendance, and certifications.
- Audit security procedures and practices to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and company policies.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training or corrective actions.
- Monitor security incidents to adapt training programs accordingly and prevent future incidents.
- **Emergency Preparedness**:

- Develop and oversee emergency drills and simulations to prepare staff for critical scenarios.
- Coordinate with management to assess and update emergency procedures regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- PUC, Bachelor’s degree, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military, with 1+ years in a training or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Certification in security training or related fields (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP) is a plus.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-stress situations.

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
