We are on the look out for Security Field Officer (Ex Serviceman or Civilian with atleast 5 years of Experience in Security) to handle our field operations and drive service excellence in your city.

Key Responsibilities – Senior Field Officer (Operations)


• Manage daily work of security guards, including duty schedules, attendance, and performance.


• Hire new security staff by visiting local areas, talking to people, and building contacts to find good manpower.


• Visit sites regularly to check if guards are working properly and everything is running smoothly.


• Talk to clients often to make sure they are happy with the service and solve any problems they have.


• Handle bills and payments collections follow ups.


• Conduct training so guards know how to do their job well.


• Work with other teams to arrange uniforms, ID cards, and other support needed for field work.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Operations, preferably in Security.
  • Experience handling and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills for building positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in security processes, MS Office, and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license and own a 2-wheeler.
