**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistant to support patients in their daily activities and enhance their overall well-being. The PCA will work under the supervision of nursing staff, providing essential care and assistance to patients in various healthcare settings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Personal Care**: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- **Mobility Assistance**: Help patients with mobility, including transferring and positioning in bed, chairs, and other settings.
- **Vital Signs Monitoring**: Measure and record vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration) and report any significant changes to nursing staff.
- **Patient Support**: Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, engaging them in conversation and activities.
- **Meal Assistance**: Prepare and serve meals, assist patients with feeding, and ensure dietary restrictions are followed.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and report any changes in condition or concerns to nursing staff.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by assisting with light housekeeping and adhering to infection control protocols.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and assist with implementing care plans.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass, Completion ANM, completion of a PCA or nursing assistant program preferred.
- Should have medical Knowledge
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or Home care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanour toward patients and their families.
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and personal care tasks.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and patients' homes.
