**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate export shipments, including preparing and processing export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs agents to arrange for timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers regarding delivery schedules, shipping status, and any potential delays.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless execution of export orders.
- Stay informed about international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export compliance standards to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in export operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
