1. **Sales Strategy and Planning**
- Develop and implement a sales plan tailored to the area, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Set sales targets and budgets for the region and individual sales representatives.
- Analyze local market trends to anticipate challenges and identify new sales opportunities.

2. **Team Management and Training**
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and guide team members to meet their sales targets.
- Organize training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance with company policies.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the area.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Engage in regular client meetings to understand their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**
- Track and analyze sales data to monitor team performance and evaluate progress toward targets.
- Generate detailed sales reports for upper management, providing insights on sales trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on data analysis and feedback to optimize sales processes and results.

5. **Market and Competitor Analysis**
- Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activities and market demands.
- Use market insights to develop competitive strategies and positioning for the company’s products/services.
- Identify potential market expansions and new client acquisition opportunities.

6. **Promotions and Marketing Initiatives**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities in the region.
- Implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive product visibility and increase market share.
- Ensure that sales activities align with the company’s brand image and marketing strategy.

7. **Budget Management**
- Manage the area’s sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and optimize spending to stay within budget.
- Approve and oversee incentives and commissions for the sales team in line with company policies.

8. **Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, agreements, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes that impact sales operations.

9. **Forecasting and Target Setting**
- Develop accurate sales forecasts for the region and adjust targets based on market conditions.
- Work with senior management to align regional targets with overall company goals.
- Use forecasting to anticipate demand, manage inventory, and plan resources.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
