Training: Develop and deliver training programs, including curriculum and other resources. This can include training new hires, ongoing training, and training for other staff members outside of sales.
- Assessing: Analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify training needs. Also assess the effectiveness of training and perform sales representative assessments.
- Coaching: Coach sales teams and provide mentoring and support services.
- Planning: Develop annual training plans and learning objectives.
- Communicating: Communicate with managers and implement feedback.
- Analyzing: Analyze sales figures before and after training to measure success.
- Staying updated: Stay updated with industry trends.
- Onboarding: Hire and onboard new sales trainees.
- Creating: Create job profiles or position descriptions to assist with the recruitment and hiring process.
- Managing: Oversee budgets and schedules.
- Teaching: Teach at industry conferences or events.
- Creating content: Create public videos and resources for sellers to develop their skills.
