- **Training and performance**: Sous chefs train new kitchen employees and evaluate employee performance.
- **Safety and health**: Sous chefs ensure that the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- **Menu planning**: Sous chefs may contribute to menu planning and development, offering their expertise in creating new dishes.
- **Administrative duties**: Sous chefs may handle administrative duties.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
