We are looking for a highly motivated UI/UX designer. We need a self-starter who excels in fast-paced start-up environments and thrives on service and relationships.

**Your responsibilities**:
1. Study industry best-practices in UI/UX design to stay up-to-date on emerging trends & technologies

2. Conduct user research to understand user behaviour, needs and motivation

3. Design wireframe and communicate your idea to the Team Lead

4. Design prototype for multiple channels and demonstrate to the lead and customer experience leads

5. Work with UI/UX team to deliver the product

6. Estimate efforts for building prototypes and track the delivery

7. Coordinate with product managers to escalate issues to ensure timely delivery

8. Designing Wireframe websites and mobile apps

9. Work closely with programming team to collate content during development website/mobile apps

10. Ensure the feasibility of UI/UX designs and subsequently build the required changes

11. Determine information architecture and create sitemaps for websites & mobile apps

12. Identify areas for improvement, including content inventories and audits

13. Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency.

**Your qualifications**:
1. Good understanding of UI design principles

2. Should have 4+year work experience as a UI/UX designer

3. Proficient understanding of fundamentals as well as industry best-practices in UI/UX design & development

4. Have experience in Planning and conducting user research and competitor analysis

5. Have proficient experience in designing Prototypes & Wireframe

7. Have knowledge of creating & defining use cases, flow diagrams and Information hierarchies

8. Knowledge of product design, visual communication and usability best practices is required.

9. Must have good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.

10. An excellent online portfolio exhibiting all of the above.

11. You are proficient with prototyping tools such as Adobe Suit, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or other software for creating flowcharts, wireframes and Final UI Design mock-ups.
