*Job Title: UI/UX Designer

*Location: PUNE

*Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Designer at SKO Systems you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver user-cantered designs that meet business objectives.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *User Research and Analysis:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.

2. *Wire framing and Prototyping:

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

3. *UI Design:

- Ensure consistency in design elements, including typography, color schemes, and branding.

4. *Usability Testing:

- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback.
- Use testing results to make data-driven design decisions and refinements.

5. *Collaboration:

- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.

6. *Documentation:

- Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems.
- Keep design assets organized and accessible for team members.

*Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Advance Excel, PowerPoint.
- should be proficient in creating videos, and editing them too
