Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Problem-solving skills are necessary because many compliance issues have no straightforward solution and compliance officer need to find ways of complying with rules and regulations without negatively affecting the TRUST’s or Company’s operations 5. Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with accounting software 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 7. Knowledge of local, state, and central financial regulations **Key duties and responsibilities** 1. Financial Record Keeping & Financial Reporting 2. Compliance Management: - a) Overseeing daily operations so that the company complies with the laws and regulations b) Ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and tax regulations c) Filing necessary tax returns and statutory reports d) Staying updated on accounting policies and changes in regulations 3. Internal Controls: - Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner 4. Vigilant Monitoring and Auditing: - Continuous monitoring and auditing are crucial aspects of a compliance officer’s role. They conduct routine assessments to pinpoint potential compliance risks and proactively take steps to mitigate them. Continuous compliance monitoring is a proactive and ongoing process that organizations use to ensure that they remain in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies throughout their operations. It involves real-time or near-real-time tracking and assessment of activities, processes, and data to identify potential compliance issues as they emerge and address them promptly. If the organization does not have the designated internal auditors, compliance officers can conduct internal audits to ensure that policies and procedures are being correctly followed Pay: ₹319,511.23 - ₹887,865.68 per year Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
