**Job Title**: Facility & Admin Executive
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain the front office area to ensure cleanliness and a professional appearance
- Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and appointments
Administration & Facility Management:
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of office infrastructure
- Liaise with vendors, housekeeping, and security staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain records of office assets, utilities, and vendor contracts
- Supervise courier/dispatch services and track incoming/outgoing shipments
- Support event coordination, internal meetings, and employee onboarding logistics
- Monitor facility-related budgets and expenses
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations
- Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes (visitors’ logs, asset register, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience in administration and front office handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
