Job Responsibilities:

- As a Trainer scheduling orientation new sales representatives by conducting an overview of the sales process, creating personalized coaching plans, providing resources and support, and scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
- Identify areas for improvement through skills gap analysis by shadowing the sales team, observing sales interactions, analysing sales results reports, and consulting with the sales head.
- Develop individual results by, providing coaching, conducting training sessions, and creating outcome-improvement resources.
- Serve as a motivator for new sales representatives by inspiring and encouraging their growth and development.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: any UG/PG
- Experience: 3 to 4 years
- Experienced in sales training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to motivate and inspire others

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
