**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the marketing team to build and drive a strategic organic social media plan for Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook posts.
- Develop short
- and long-term content calendars for social media platforms.
- Supervise real-time engagement opportunities to get into trending online conversations.
- Work closely with the Design team on creative direction for video and image assets.
- Ensure brand standards are met across campaigns that use social media channels.
- Work with Social Media Influencers for promotion.
- Well versed with Instagram stories, reels and posts.
- Knowledge of pinterest posts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website n search results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Mass Communication / Marketing / Journalism.
- Knowledge and understanding of social media networking platforms.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A true social media fan who loves creating short videos, memes, and trending content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
