**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects using a provided list or leads database.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and assess their interest in our products/services.
- Articulate the value proposition of our offerings and handle objections effectively to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments or sales presentations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies, share insights, and achieve collective sales goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and close deals.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
