**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**:
- Actively generate and qualify leads through various channels, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct on-site visits to potential customers, showcasing products and services.
- Identify and target potential clients, developing new business opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and sales strategies.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in on-site sales or field sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
