Ø Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen

Ø Produce breads and pastries according to the requirement of the day

Ø Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas for Pastry presentation

Ø Create new and exciting desserts to renew Restaurant menus and engage the interest of customers

Ø Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings

Ø Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products

Ø Coordinates activities of line staff engaged in pastry and bakery production

Ø Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation

Ø Checks the quality of raw and finished food products to ensure that standards are met

Ø Place store indents according to the requirement of the day well in advance

Ø Check quality of material and condition of equipment’s used within the department

Ø Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions to the supervisor immediately

Ø Control the cost without affecting the quality of food

Ø Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.

Ø Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.

Ø Conducts shift briefings to ensure restaurant activities and operational requirements are briefed

Ø Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly

Ø Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with restaurant requirements

Ø Implements the restaurant and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:

- House Rules and Regulation
- Health and Safety
- Grooming
- Quality
- Hygiene and Cleanliness

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
