- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as the developer and tester team, to ensure seamless customer service.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and tools
- Experience in an IT company is a must
