Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a structured listing of payment requests for tracking and processing.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to clarify doubts regarding payment requests.
- Seek approvals from the relevant team managers for payments.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and coordinate for approvals from the compliance team.
- Verify invoices, proforma invoices, and follow up for any missing invoices.
- Ensure hard copies of invoices are received, cross-check them with soft copies, and maintain organized records.
- Raise sales invoices and share them with customers.
- Coordinate with relevant team POC’s for timely payment collection.
- Monitor and report receivables status on a timely basis.
- Monitor and report payment statuses and filing updates.
- Utilize Tally and Zoho Books for basic accounting functions and finance processes wherever possible.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and maintain professional communication.
- Proactively suggest improvements in existing processes.
- Explore and leverage digital tools to optimize financial workflows.
- Assist in preparing bank documents and coordinate with bankers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, payments processing, or financial operations.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, team coordination, and attention to detail.
- **Mindset**: A proactive approach to process improvements and exploring automation tools.
- **Banking Knowledge**: Basic understanding of banking documents and coordination with financial institutions.

**Location**: Hyderabad, Gachibowli ( No work from Home Opportunity)

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Salary Package**: 3 Lakhs per annum
