We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Operations Coordinator to manage and support the day-to-day transportation activities for RAC (Rent-A-Center). The role will focus on transportation billing, monitoring, and tracking to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Transportation Operations

  • Coordinate daily transportation and delivery schedules for RAC product movement.
  • Liaise with clients/customers and drivers to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Support route planning and dispatch functions to optimize delivery efficiency.

2. Billing & Documentation

  • Generate, validate, and reconcile freight invoices.
  • Ensure accuracy in carrier billing; identify discrepancies or overcharges.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to process payments and maintain billing records.

3. Monitoring & Tracking

  • Monitor vehicle statuses using GPS systems.
  • Provide real-time tracking updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Address and escalate service interruptions or non-compliance issues promptly.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly transportation performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
  • Assist during audits and maintain well-organized records for compliance.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in logistics/transportation are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with transportation billing, routing systems, and tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in an office or logistics center environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work round the clock when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
