Job Title

Directory, Product Delivery

**Responsibilities**:

- Owns and supports the product delivery processes for assigned products including but not limited to conducting readiness assessments, executing pilot projects and training and enabling internal delivery teams
- Supports the product delivery process by developing delivery documentation, delivery process maps and related product delivery activities working closely with internal partners
- Creates training material and conducts training and workshops for internal stakeholders and Customers on assigned Products
- Acts as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on pilot projects
- Documents lessons learned and provides structured inputs for delivery process improvements
- Contributes to the delivery of integrated solutions that address customer needs
- Supports Customer Delivery teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support in a market or region
- Researches and delivers solutions for complex problems and responds to inquiries on products and tools for internal and customers
- Analyzes data from product delivery projects and reports on performance relative to success metrics
- Helps identify customer needs and contributes to the delivery of integrated solutions that address those needs
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships, with partners in other business functions in Product and Technology, as required

Experiences
- Strong hands-on professional experience in in one or more of cards payments, real time payment and/or other payment systems
- Good understanding of payment related security protocols and standards and related cryptographic principles (symmetric keys, public key systems)
- Strong experience with technologies/standards such as JSON, XML, Rest APIs
- Experience with Mastercard messaging standards, ISO20022 messaging and integration with retail banking systems higly desired
- Prior experience with/exposure to MasterCard’s product delivery process
- Prior experience in conducting product/technical training/workshops to large technical audiences and to Customers
