Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

- Ensure close relationship management with Product teams and the business, focusing on product specificities, and serve as a key contact for IDA Digital BI product teams.
- Regularly collect customer requirements and feedback to drive improvements and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Provide advisory and consulting support (contribution/help on program/project/issues). As a Senior Delivery Lead, capture knowledge from products, programs, and projects to contribute throughout the product lifecycle.
- Understand the AXA XL Data and Security Program strategy & Product Family roadmaps, and how they translate into the local context.
- In collaboration with Product teams and Account Managers, promote IDA digital products in the entities, supporting product adoption, de-commissioning, and refreshes where needed.
- Support and explain non-functional aspects such as contractual management, target operating models, service levels, and compliance requirements (with the support of the Account Manager when required).
- Build and maintain the backlog for core product releases.
- Create items in the backlog for the feature team (Themes, Epics & User Story functional description).
- Build release planning and communicate progress, release content, and the product roadmap.
- Oversee and organize workshops to collect entity functional needs.
- Consult with other IDA leads and the Product Manager who drives the roadmap, in a scrum of scrums organization.
- Be available and legitimate to quickly answer teams queries on functional aspects of User Stories.
- Develop Data talent across AXA XL, while embracing inclusion and diversity, to enable usage and value creation through our strategic digital, data, and analytics assets.
- Oversee and manage the function's resource demand and capacity on in-flight projects as well as BAU work.
- Instill a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for business stakeholders above all else.
- You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead - Business Intelligence & Reporting.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Strategic leader with excellent business acumen, project management skills, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership teams, peers, and global teams, and manage stakeholders effectively in a matrixed global organization.
- A collaborative spirit with a can-do attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- A combination of solid execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect the dots.
- A minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant years of experience in a data role (analytics, specialist, or engineer) supporting multiple specialty areas of Data and Analytics.
- Relevant years of experience in PowerBI & SQL. Experience in the insurance domain, specifically in claims, would be an added advantage.
- Ability to apply in-depth knowledge of business and specialized areas to creatively and strategically solve business problems, and understand integration challenges and long-term impact.
