- **Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.**
***:

- **Schedule and coordinate appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff.**
***:

- **Provide information, directions, and assistance to physicians, patients, their families, and vendors.**
***:

- **Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care needs.**
***:

- **Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, competence, and friendliness in all interactions.**
***:

- **Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.**
***:

- **Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.**
***:

- **Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written.**
***:

- **Employ problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide creative solutions.**
***:

- **Show empathy and a strong customer service orientation.**
***:

- **Be willing to work night shift (9:30 pm to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.**

- **Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, D Pharm, Pharm D, B Pharm, Paramedics)**
***:

- **1-5 years experience in international voice processing.**
***:

- **Excellent English communication skills (American accent is preferred)
