**Market Development**:
Responsible for market development through customer and farmers meeting.

b. Market extension by acquiring or developing new distributor or new customer.

c. Establish strong base by identifying potential cattle farmer, milk collection centers.

d. Responsible for customer retention and appointment of dealer in remote market.

e. Competition analysis.

f. Survey of designated area and PDME for target planning.

g. Analysis on price, activity and product performance of competition on regular basis.

**Customer Relationship**:
a. Maintain strong customer rapport with key opinion makers for propagation of products.

b. Utilize current customer relations and convert them in to regular buyers of the products.

c. Meet customer every day as per tour plan and route plan and generate the business.

d. Arrange farmer meetings as and when needed along with Extension Manager at daily Collection centers.

e. Attain customer complaint.

f. Arrange technical seminar for farmer.

g. Attain customer complaints.

h. Maintain customer relation and follow up with customer.

**Other Activity**:
a. Responsible for lead conversion.

b. Ensure timely delivery of product to customer.

c. Ensure 100% collection of payment and adhere to credit policy.

d. Complete documentation of customer creation, Credit Agreement, MOU letters, Dealership agreement as per SOP.

e. Make sure 100% collection of money against good sold.

f. Co-ordinate with sales Coordinator and arrange the Feed deliveries by clubbing with feed loads of different farmers to save the transportation cost.

g. Customer category and Geography wise Data Collection of prospective customers.

h. Coordination with different functions and Authorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
