We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team and manage data reporting, analysis, and business insights.

**Role Overview**:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, processing, and presenting business data to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
- Analyze sales, production, and operational data to identify trends and gaps
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
- Generate dashboards and performance summaries for different departments
- Support management in planning and decision-making with timely data insights
- Coordinate with teams to collect relevant data

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis (Freshers with strong skills may apply)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google Sheets /Lookers Studio/ Java/ App Script / BI tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
