Vailankanni Multi services (VMS) is looking for MIS Executive.

**Job Title - MIS Executive**

**Experience - 2-5 yr**

**Location - Nagpur**

As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our information systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting. You will work closely with various departments to gather data, generate reports, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with various departments to gather and understand their reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and systems.
- Assist in the development of data management policies and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide support for ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in an MIS role or a similar data management position.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Etc), SQL, and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
