We, at Ugaoo, are a team of 60 people from horticultural experts to logístical masterminds who take all the worry out of your gardening journey. We are here to help you every step of the way, from delivering the healthiest of plants to answering all your queries on how to keep them happy.

About the role: The **Customer Delight Executive** is expected to address customer concerns by educating them about their plants. If you hold a diploma/degree in horticulture and want to help plant parents in bringing up their plants, this is the role for you.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information on product features, order status, and provide post-sales handholding
- Address customer complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies.
- Will be responsible for ensuring customer happiness throughout the process of ordering.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve customer grievances and special requests.
- Ensure you’re there with the customer every step of the way.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
