**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Support management with data-driven insights and MIS reporting.
- Handle correspondence, file management, and general office tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration/Commerce).
- 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles or data management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level) and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
